Individual craft and direct sales vendors

The committee is excited to offer parishioners at all sites the first opportunity to sell your handcrafted items or products at this year’s event. We look forward to offering a new outlet for your crafts as well as aiding direct sales vendors in expanding their customer base. Please call Ellen Pasto at 687-4247 for more information.

“Many hands make light work”
It’s not too early to think about how you can help at this year’s Fall Festival. Committee members have logged many hours preparing, but we need all of you to make this a successful event. We hope to expand our games and offer some new booths for the community which means we need a lot more volunteers! This is a great chance to share your time and talent and an opportunity to strengthen our parish family ties. We invite parishioners from all sites to join us in this important fundraiser.
All volunteers must be CASE (Creating A Safe Environment) certified in order to work at the festival. Certification is valid for three years and the training sessions take only 60 minutes of your time. A schedule will appear in the bulletin and be posted on the parish website in the near future.
We Need Your Help!!
Over 350 volunteers are needed for this event!!
Suggested shift is 2 – 3 hours
Please consider the many opportunities listed. Thank you for your consideration and willingness to help; two or three hours of your time can determine the success of this event.
There are volunteer opportunities for all ages and ability levels, if you have the time we have a place for you. We encourage parents to team up with young children allowing them to participate in the life of the parish as well. If you have questions, please contact our volunteer coordinator above and they will help find the best fit for your needs and ours.
